Oriental Fusion: Bloom (피어나)

Oriental Fusion: Bloom (피어나), a collaboration of installation art and fashion, is inspired by the Korean Hanji lantern and traditional window Chang-ho used in Korean traditional house, hanok. The hardships that I have encountered in my youth has taught me countlessly to be grateful for the things that I have. Living as a young immigrant in the Philippines, I also learned to trust that any obstacle can be overcome if you remain resilient in the face of failure. It is the epitome of finding balance between two cultural identities.
